4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are used to perform operations within the platform.

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credit prices are subject to change with notice.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content you create using the Service. This includes all generated images, audio, video, and other assets produced through your use of the platform.

You grant Animate It a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Create deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfect, accurate, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use. Animate It does not guarantee specific results from AI generation.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animate It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any unused credits are forfeited.
