When you use Animate It, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.
• Content You Create: Scripts, images, audio files, and videos you create or upload to the platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including API calls, credit usage, and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and manage your credit balance.
• Generate AI content (images, audio, video) based on your inputs.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• Monitor usage for security and abuse prevention.
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects payment information directly.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI text processing for script analysis and editing.
• Runway ML: AI image and video generation.
• ElevenLabs: AI voice synthesis and sound effect generation.
• Vercel: Application hosting.

When you use our Service, your content may be sent to these providers for processing. We only share the minimum information necessary to provide the requested service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your scripts, generated images, audio, and videos are your property.

You can request deletion of your content at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your stored content within 30 days.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to processing of your data.
• Request data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. Credit transaction history is retained for financial record-keeping purposes. You may request account deletion at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
